Shantanu is a life-long Florida resident and an associate at MRHFM’s Tampa office. Shantanu attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies in 2013. Shantanu then attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and graduated in 2016.
Prior to joining MRHFM, Shantanu served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida. Over the course of four years, he served and sought justice for countless victims and members of the community. As a result, he gained extensive litigation experience while prosecuting non-violent and violent misdemeanor and felony offenses. Shantanu is experienced in motion practice involving complex issues, as well as bench trials, and more exclusively jury trials. Shantanu is experienced in selecting juries, presenting and evaluating evidence, and making arguments to secure a favorable verdict and obtain justice.
Shantanu is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida. Outside of work, Shantanu enjoys watching and playing sports, reading a good book, and spending time with family and friends.
