About Kelly
Kelly has over 24 years’ experience in both civil and criminal litigation practicing as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Louis County, Gasconade County, and Montgomery County; she has been Of Counsel and had her own law firm. In addition to working at MRHFM, she is also an Adjunct Professor, and a Municipal Judge.
Kelly resides in St. Louis County with her wonderful family and indefatigable dog.

Kelly started her legal career as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney where she handled myriad misdemeanors and felony cases. Together with her regular docket, she was specially assigned to handle all sexual abuse, child abuse, and elder abuse cases, and was concurrently tasked to handle drug court.
